All van requests must be submitted 2-3 business days before the trip. All drivers must be approved as a driver and/or given a driver course based on case-by-case details.

New drivers must submit a copy of their license and fill out a form.

Furnishings/Kitchen appliances/Utensils/Sound/Equipment needs

If any Audio/Visual elements apply to your request, (i.e. Slide presentations, musical tracks, video, etc.) all materials must be submitted to the church office one week prior to your event. Requests for A/V or materials submitted within 7 days of your event will be denied.

Description

Please fill out the form and click submit. The scheduling of room (s) and/or van (s) are based on the church calendar. The time reserved includes the set up and break down of the event. All requests must be made 2 weeks prior to the event date. If you have any questions about the church calendar, feel free to call the main office at (718) 792-9394, Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 3 pm.
